Water purifier pipe extrusion line features:
1. The frequency converter adopts high-quality frequency converter, and the main motor adopts domestic well-known motor and Chint AC contactor;
2. Screw and barrel material selection of 38CrMoAlA high-quality nitriding steel, and nitriding treatment, nitriding hardness: screw ≥740HV; Barrel ≥940HV. Nitriding depth: screw 0.4-0.6mm, barrel: 0.6-0.7mm; Brittleness is 2 level.
3. The reducer is a plastic extrusion special gear reducer, the box material is alloy cast steel, the contact surface of the upper and lower boxes is finely ground. Gear material is 40Cr, and after normalizing, tempering, quenching heat treatment, recently after tooth surface grinding treatment, tooth surface roughness is Ra0.8, with shock absorption, wear resistance, low noise characteristics.
