Product Description
Plastic granulator description:
Plastic granulator is used to process waste plastic or plastic raw materials into plastic particles.
It is mainly composed of feeding system, extrusion system, cutting system, heating and cooling system and control system. When working, the plastic raw materials enter the extrusion system through the feeding system, and after heating, melting and plasticizing in the extrusion system, they are extruded into strips, and then cut into uniform plastic particles by the granulation system.

The main components of the plastic granulator include:
• Feed device: responsible for feeding plastic raw materials into the machine.
• Screw: The plastic is transported and plasticized during rotation.
• Barrel: with the screw, to provide space for plastic processing.
• Heating and cooling system: precise temperature control to ensure good processing condition of plastics.
• Die head: extrusion of plastic into a specific shape.
• Granulation device: cut the extruded plastic into pellets.
